The 9th annual K-LOVE Fan Awards will be co-hosted by reigning ASCAP Christian Songwriter of the Year Matthew West and ten-time GRAMMY® nominee Tauren Wells, according to a live-stream announcement made by the K-LOVE Fan Awards. Coca-Cola Consolidated will once again sponsor the only fan-voted awards event in Christian music, which will take place on May 29, 2022 at Nashville’s legendary Grand Ole Opry House.
“I’m excited to host the K-LOVE Fan Awards again this year, and even more excited to be accompanied by my pal Tauren Wells,” West said. “This fan-voted awards presentation is always an unique occasion for us to get together and celebrate how God is working through the hope-filled messages of Christian music.” This is going to be one of those nights.”
“The K-LOVE Fan Awards are a highlight of my year every year.” “Getting to reunite with all of the musicians I love and respect in our genre, building stronger connections with fans, and honoring the God who has given us something to sing about is something genuinely precious,” Wells said of his new track “Fake It,” which he released last week. “This year, as a host with K-LOVE Fan Honors veteran Matthew West, I will experience the awards from a different perspective point,” she continued. He’s done an amazing job, and I can’t wait to work with him again!”
